We understand that choosing a mattress is a big decision, and it can take time for your body to adjust. That’s why we offer a 100-day in-home trial, beginning from the day your mattress is delivered. This gives you the chance to sleep on it in your own space and decide if it’s the right fit for you.

If you purchase multiple mattresses in a single order, the 100-day trial allows for one mattress return per order. Should you decide it’s not right for you, simply contact us before the trial period ends, and we’ll guide you through the return process.

  

### **Returns & Pick-Up**

  

We offer free mattress pickup from metro regions. For customers outside these areas, mattresses will need to be returned for a fee, which varies depending on location.

Free pickup will be available to the following metro areas only:

### **Condition of Returned Mattresses**

  

While reasonable wear and tear is acceptable, returned mattresses must be free from significant damage or staining. This allows us to give them a second life. All returned mattresses are professionally cleaned and assessed before being donated to charity partners, offered for resale through our Archive Space, or responsibly recycled - helping to reduce waste and support communities in need.
