**Premium Delivery Services** 

_Includes services such as **Sensitive Freight Delivery** and **Premium Full Service**._

**Once shipped** the estimated delivery time frames are:

*   3-5 Business Days: Sydney Metro.
*   4-10 Business Days: Melbourne, Wollongong, Central Coast, Newcastle, the ACT, parts of the Mornington Peninsula, Geelong and some parts of the Surf Coast Shire.
*   5-12+ Business Days: Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast.
*   7-12+ Business Days: Nth QLD, SA, WA, NT and TAS, including all other regional or rural areas.

**Delivery Days:** Monday to Friday. During peak periods, particularly in the lead-up to Christmas, Saturday deliveries may also be scheduled.

**Note:** The above timeframes apply to larger delivery items, such as beds, lounges, etc.

  

**Standard Delivery Service**

Eligible items, generally smaller boxed products, will be delivered to your front door only utilising the Australia Post eParcel or Allied Express courier networks.

**Once shipped** the estimated delivery time frames are:

*   **2-5 Business days:** Sydney Metro, Canberra, Wollongong
*   **3-10 Business days:** Central Coast, Newcastle, Melbourne, Geelong, Mornington Peninsula and the Surf Coast Shire,
*   **5-12+ Business days:** Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast
*   **5-12+ Business days:** Nth QLD, Adelaide, Perth, Tasmania & all other areas

**Delivery Days:** Monday to Friday. During peak periods, especially in the lead-up to Christmas, Saturday deliveries may also occur.

**Tracking:** Tracking details will be provided via email as soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
